Our Terms of Agreement

It's very important to us that, not only you enjoy our twinkle sign , but many others can as well. As such, the following policies have been established and will need to be understood before a transaction is complete.

PLEASE WATER THE AREA 24 HRS BEFORE 

• I will not hold Twinkle Signs liable for injury if someone falls on letters and gets hurt
• I understand that I am responsible for lost, stolen and damaged letters and will be charged $20 each letter missing.
• Please, no one jumping on, jumping over, playing inside the lawn greeting
• Please do not use lawn trimmers and/or allow mowing debris to be blown on the lawn signs. Grass stains the signs
• Pictures are allowed by the signs, but please do not remove from ground or rearrange. This could damage the signs or the stakes
• Please DO NOT MOVE OR TOUCH SIGNS
• Please do not water grass while signs are present -water spot damage will be charged

How long are the rentals for?

• Our rentals are for 24 hours, but if you'd like to extend the rental please let us know 

What part of the Bay Area can the Twinkle Signs be placed?

• We can place our signs anywhere from the Burlingane to Palo Alto Area, but can go out farther for an extra travel fee

What if I don't see a sign option that I would like?

• No problem! Please reach out and let us know what you are interested in and we will try our best to make that possible for you

​How big are the signs?

• Our signs can be from 24-36 inches in height
